Comprehensive Bookkeeping
Now accepting Full Service Bookkeeping clients. I work with clients nationwide.
Your Income and Expenses will be tracked meticulously and updated weekly. Monthly State Sales Tax filing, Monthly Reconciliation, Monthly Financial Reports, Year End Financial Reports and 1099 filing done for you. 8 hours of clean up included if needed. Studio Designer troubleshooting and Project Management training also included. I personally take care of your bookkeeping and you will be working only with me.

What to Expect
Once we start working together, I'll need a dedicated login to your Studio Designer account (Studio Designer will charge you 1/2 price for my user since I am a trusted partner), view-only access to business bank and credit card accounts and your State sales tax login
I’ll assess your account and get it cleaned up if needed.
Gather Information + Clean Up
We'll use a shared Questions Sheet (5-10 minutes of your time weekly) to keep communication flowing about any unusual transactions. I’m available to help with Studio Designer troubleshooting as needed.
Weekly Updates
Sales Tax filed for you accurately and on time. Bank accounts, credit cards, and loans reconciled by hand each month for you. I create reliable reports you can actually trust, all current and ready when you need them.
Monthly Sales Tax Filing, Reconciliations, Reports
Year End Reports for your CPA and 1099 Filing
I provide your CPA with the Year End reports they will be asking you for. I file your 1099s for you in January and monitor your Vendors throughout the year.
